Payment and exchange rate

We accept online payments in a secure environment powered by Squarespace. You can choose different payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card

  • PayPal

We will process the payment in EUR. The exchange rate will be determined by your bank provider at the time of the transaction. Please note that exchange rates vary but there are a number of online conversion tools available.

 

Sending as a gift

Help us make it perfect!

  •  Jewelry Boxes

    If you’d like each piece in its own box, or if one is a gift, make sure to let us know in a message at checkout. Otherwise, we try to be responsible with packaging and use one box for multiple pieces, when possible.

  • Shipping Directly? We can add a personal note

    To make it easy to send directly, we’d love to hand write your note on a little card that will go inside the box. Don’t forget to leave your message at checkout or send it to us at hello@lacuna.shop after your purchase.

 

Customization

We are happy to work on custom orders, so if you have an idea and you would like a piece to be customized, feel free to get in touch with us. We are also open to collaborations, so if you think we could work together in some way or you’re interested in stocking our jewelry, feel free to send us a message on the Stockists section.
